RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and/or exchanges are available only upon the following terms and conditions.
  • All returns and exchanges are for store credit only. No refunds.
  • No returns or exchanges on jewelry, accessories, undergarments or bathing suits. Shoes must be unworn, unscuffed on the bottom, and in the original box.
  • Exchanges and Returns must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that it was received , and free from odors or stains, and must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • All exchanges and returns must be made and received:
    1. within 10 calendar days of the date of purchase if purchased in-store.
    2. within 15 calendar days of the date of purchase for on-line purchases.
    3. Exception: all items otherwise eligible for return/exchange purchased in the month of
    4. December must be exchanged or returned by the later of 15 days from the date of purchase or January 6th
  • Original tags must be attached with all returns and exchanges.
  • Please include the original or copy of any packing slip / order confirmation.
  • Proof of purchase or gift receipt is required for all exchanges and returns.
  • No exchanges or returns of any sale merchandise. All sales items are “Final Sale”.
  • No refund on gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Costs of shipping for returns/exchanges is the responsibility of customer.
  • Damaged items purchased online must be reported via email within 2 business days of purchase, and must include a photograph of the damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses do not qualify as damage.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for processing from the date of our receipt of your exchange or return. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric.
